The staff here and the owners are the most incredible people I have ever dealt with. They make this the best hardware, appliance and flooring store that I've ever had the pleasure of shopping at.
I'm an outsider, moved here in June, bought the old Blue Bell Inn. These people, owners and employees have been nothing but kind to me. I'm not the nicest guy in the world, a bit of a prick, and these people are always, absolutely always nice and kind. Let alone a wealth of knowledge. They have helped me with my house restoration immensely! One even went home for lunch to get a light/fan fixture bulb cover she had as a spare to give to me, because they didn't sell it. Another time on a cold day after I dropped my Jeep at the dealer and went here to buy stuff and hang out and wait, they offered to take care of my daughter while I walked the one block over to get the Jeep when it was done.
Poor customer service!! Sales people recommend wrong product then refuse to accept a return. When you have a small business, in a small community, don't piss off your customers. Obviously, this store has not heard of this concept. Numerous family members have had the same poor customer service. I will recommend all of my family NOT buy from this business.
